Meatrack Jack

Meatrack Jack

This artwork takes inspiration from the song by The Libertines "Dilly Boys."
The location is 'the Meatrack', which are the railings of Piccadilly tube station where rent boys, also known as Dilly boys would hang out plying their trade.

"And me, I'm just a dilly boy
A fresh flower pressed Piccadilly boy
Hands on hips, pout on lips
Meat, rag-tag like a dilly boy"
